Our Return Policy

We accept returns for refund within 14 days of shipment from our facility. You will only pay for return shipping, insurance fees and bank handling charge. Please be sure that the packing of product  was not opened.

If you find the functional issue of our product with 14 days after purchases , we accept to collect back and provide the new one.

  3. eturns without a SAVA Return Merchandise Authorization will be refused upon receipt. Returns withmissing paperwork or product will not be processed. 
After Your Return Is Received 
Returns are processed weekdays and typically entered into our system within 24 business hours of receipt. Once entered into our system you will receive a confirmation email alerting you that your return has been passed along to our Quality Assurance department. Please allow five to 15 business days for this process tocomplete.

If you are expecting a refund,credit will be submitted to your bank within three business days. It may takeyour bank up to 10 business days to post the funds to your account. Bank wirerefunds typically take seven to 10 business days after the return has beenprocessed. Orders paid for through PayPal will be credited back to your PayPalaccount within two weeks. Please note that normal return processing times maydouble after a major holiday.

 If you are expecting a returnshipment, you will receive an email once the outboundshipment date has been set. You will also receive a shipping confirmation emailthe day of the outbound shipment.

Cancel Or Change An Order

If you would like to change orcancel an order please call a SAVA +852 3460 4031 . We will attempt toaccommodate order changes to the extent possible prior to shippingconfirmation. Some changes will result in a shipping delay. We are unable toaccommodate changes or cancellations on special order requests and/or ordersthat have already shipped. Re-routing packages to alternate addresses is notpossible once in transit. If you would like your package held for collection,please contact us. If your order has already shipped and you no longer want it, please contact us to set up a merchandise return once you have received the shipment.
